## 行为

-   **重建为一能:** 用相同的输入值建出两次,结果内容相同.
-   **腐败的恢复:** 失踪或 `integrity_check`\-fashing数据库被视为不存在;查询返回为空并重建重建.
-   **断层:** `isIndexStale(dbPath, newestTraceMtimeMs)` 当痕迹比索引更新时,报告.
-   **可处理 :** 删除数据库绝不影响痕迹 .

## 边界

-   没有 SQLite 依赖性 `agent-inspect` 核心或根——它只住在这里.
-   没有矢量/语义搜索,没有守护进程,没有远程服务.
