@atlaskit/editor-core 的批量属性更新插件

**说明:** 这一构成部分是为阿特拉斯系统内部开发而设计的. 外部捐助者将能够使用这一构成部分,但无法提交问题.

## 概览

批量属性更新插件提供了一个运行时间工具,用于合并一系列 `SetAttrsStep` 和(或) `AttrStep` 实例为单个 `BatchAttrsStep`。这一优化减少了文档中多个属性更新应用到相同或不同位置时需要处理的ProseMirror步骤的数量.

## 主要特点

-   **分批步骤** - 将多个属性步骤合并为一个单一 `BatchAttrsStep` 提高业绩
-   **属性分组** - 按位置和总数分列的组属性自动变化
