Ring-0 operational realization of Agentic Interaction. Semantics live under apix: (ADR-0058 · spec 340); this package owns wire types, reducers, and the Cloudflare gateway adapter — not the ontology namespace (apfab: retired).

Runtime doctrine still spec 316 / ADR-0047: A2A-native substrate absorbing messaging + interactions into one exchange object over a two-level exec/case FSM.

  • Exchange: ExchangeRecordV1 — ExecState + optional CaseState, fail-closed coupling.
  • Interaction (spec 340): InteractionRecordV1 + profiles + context snapshots on PrincipalGatewayDO — in package; apps still use demo-a2a InteractionsDO + vault board.
  • Subpaths: @agenticprimitives/fabric/messaging + /interactions.

Authority is never satisfied by the exchange (ADR-0041).
