Each skill is a folder with SKILL.md (frontmatter name, description) plus reference/, recipes/ or
checklists/.
Install:
- New project:
npm create ambasada@latest my-appvendorsambasada-productinto.claude/skills/;-- --village(ornpx ambasada add village) addsambasada-village;npx ambasada upgradere-syncs them. - Existing project:
npx skills add centyso-dev/ambasada-skills(public mirror), or copyskills/*into.claude/skills/. Cursor and Codex: point the agent at theSKILL.mdfiles.
After editing, run pnpm --filter @ambasada/skills sync: it copies ambasada-product into
templates/{next,spa,worker}/.claude/skills/ and ambasada-village into templates/village-overlay/*/.claude/skills/.
pnpm test (node scripts/sync.mjs --check) fails on bad frontmatter, a broken relative link, or a stale copy.
