Create a concrete Kubernetes API backed by an authenticated kubectl context.

Commands are executed as argv arrays without a shell. Secret manifests are supplied only on standard input and are never included in errors or observations.

createKubernetesDriver(options: KubernetesDriverOptions) => KubernetesDriver

Create the shared Kubernetes workload driver entrypoint.

Kubernetes is an implementation dependency for runtime adapters, not a selectable Infra provider. The supplied API port is already authenticated cluster access; the driver adds only standard Kubernetes workload projection and lifecycle semantics.
