Framework-agnostic CSS theme + design tokens for the BIMETAL picker/combobox
component. Styles the canonical .bm-picker* DOM contract that the
picker-{react,vue,svelte,angular,vanilla}-components render — light by default,
dark via data-theme="dark" on the .bm-picker root.

The component packages already pull this in; import it directly only if you render
the .bm-picker* markup yourself. All colour/surface/shape flows through --bmp-*
custom properties scoped to .bm-picker, so it never leaks into the host page and
stays overridable.
