Automatically installed as a client dependency; it is not a separate Agent entry.

Node-only private filesystem, protected named-pipe and owned Windows Job Object adapters. No cloud, database or business authority. Windows x64 requires local NTFS storage and its built-in .NET Framework4.8/Windows PowerShell5; blocked/missing facilities fail closed, without elevation or execution-policy changes. Native qualification is per OS/architecture.

The first Windows use compiles the fixed bundled C# helper into a private, source-digest-specific user cache. Executable bytes are hash-verified on reuse. No compiler/package download or installation hook is used.
