Filestar CLI
filestarcli (also as filestar), the command line of Filestar 30.6.0: convert,
compress and transform thousands of file formats.
npm install -g filestar
filestarcli -i photo.png -c "convert to jpg" -o .
npx filestar -i report.docx -c "convert to pdf"
Windows (x64, x86), macOS (Intel and Apple silicon) and Linux (x64). Update with npm update -g filestar.
On Windows, call filestarcli, never filestar (people, scripts and AI agents alike): the Filestar desktop
app puts its own folder on PATH, and there filestar can start the app (Filestar.exe) instead of the command line.
